Delete your Roamlet account

Last updated: 17 October 2026

You can delete your Roamlet account at any time. Deleting it signs you out everywhere and removes your personal data, except records we have to keep by law.

In the app (quickest)

This works the same on iPhone and Android:

  1. Open Roamlet and sign in.
  2. Go to Account → Privacy & data.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm. If you sign in with a password, you’ll be asked for it.

Your account is deleted straight away. If an order is still being processed, wait a few minutes and try again.

Without the app

Email support@roamlet.co.uk from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll check the request came from you, delete the account and confirm by email.

What’s deleted

  • Your name, email address and password, and any Sign in with Apple link
  • Your sessions, devices, notifications and notification settings
  • eSIM activation codes and phone identifiers
  • The content of your support messages and any attachments
  • The link to any cards saved with our payment provider, so they can’t be used with Roamlet again

What we keep

Records of orders and payments are kept for 6 years for tax and accounting purposes, with your name and email removed. eSIMs already installed on your phone keep working until they expire; you can remove them in your phone’s settings. See our privacy policy for more.
