How do I top up?
Open the eSIM in the app and tap **Top up**. Top-ups are added to your existing eSIM, so there’s no need to reinstall. Top-ups must be purchased before the eSIM expires, and availability depends on the plan.
Still stuck? Contact support. If you’ve bought an eSIM, raising a ticket from the app lets us see your order straight away.
